Xiaomi Mi 4i Affordable 4G LTE PHONE With 5"display Launched in INDIA For Rs.12,999
Xiaomi has held an event in Delhi, India where has introduced its new flagship, the Xiaomi Mi 4i. A 4G LTE enabled phone with multiple color options,high-end midranger specs and coming for an affordable price for the Indian market at Rs. 12,999, which is approximate ly $205 with the current exchanges.
The Mi 4i comes with an elegant 5-inch display boasting a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with 441 pixels per inch density, sporting a 13-megapixel Sony/Samsung camera with two-tone flash, 5-element lens, f/2.0 aperture lens, and capable of shooting 1080 pixels videos, while at the front side is a 5-megapixel unit with f/1.8 aperture and 80 degrees wide angle view.
Mi 4i runs on the second generation Snapdragon 615 processor with octa cores clocked at 1.7GHz, paired by Adreno 405 graphics processor and coupled by 2GB of RAM, 16GB of flash storage (non expandable) and will debut with MIUI 6 based on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
It will get powered by a 3,120 mAh battery, measuring dimensions of 138.1 x 69.6 x 7.8 mm, weighs only 130 grams and comes supporting 4G LTE connectivity, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and 802.11ac supporting 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz bands. Alongside with these connectivity features there are some supported sensors like proximity, compass, gyroscope and GPS.
The Mi 4i will debut in India on April 30th with 4G support and dual SIM. It will be available in Black, White, Pink, Cyan and Yellow colors. Xiaomi stated that the Mi 4i is designed with Indian culture on mind, the phone might be made to sell only in India but maybe it will hit western countries also. Perhaps the Mi 4i is the most highly-powered mid-ranger coming for $200.
