Steps to Fix Touch ID not Working on iOS issue

Here are steps:

1. Go to Settings and tap on Touch ID & Passcode.

2. After that, you enter your passcode if you have set any to proceed, and then Toggle Off iTunes & App Store.

3. Now press the Home button to go back and then reboot your iOS device.

4. After restarted, just enter your Passcode or Password and enter it to proceed.

5. After that, again go to Settings and tap on Touch ID & Passcode and it will ask you to enter your Passcode or password, simply enter it to proceed.

6. Now toggle on the iTunes and App Store.

1. How to Sync iTunes with your PC and iPhone

Step 1. Download and install iTunes on your PC.

Step 2. Open the iTunes menu > iTunes Store and then enable it on your computer. After the pop-up window, enter your Apple ID and password and select Allow.

Step 3. Connect your iPhone to your computer and, if suppose window drop-down list ask that if you want to delete your iPhone or transfer purchases then select Transfer Purchases. Or if the window doesn’t seem, then click File and select Devices and then choose Transfer Purchases.

Step 4. To view the iTunes library just select the library. Again, no need to click on the button I do if the iTunes Store is visible to you, and already looking at the library window button. 

Step 5. In the menu bar, select iPhone and select the Music tab. After the Enabling Sync Music and in the menu bar repeat this step for each tab.

Step 6. Make sure the Manually Manage Music and Video option is disabled and then select Summary. Select Apply to synchronize iTunes with your iPhone. The amount of content that will be synchronized, and in the process may take a few minutes to a few seconds.

2. How to Sync iTunes with your PC and Android

Step 1. Download and install Easy Phone Tunes or iSyncr app.

Step 2. To view the program page in Play Store in the search results click the program icon. Download and install it.

Step 3. Get it into the website of the program that you installed and to download the desktop companion software. Just connect your Android phone to your computer and install the desktop program.

Step 4. Just follow the on-screen steps. On your Android screen Sync iTunes displays the IP and port numbers. Enter IP and port numbers in the Sync iTunes desktop setup wizard and it is enabled.

Step 5. On the list of iTunes select the playlists content which is detected by your syncing program. Select Library to sync all iTunes content. To transfer the selected content choose sync in your Android phone.
